On April 28, 2026, the Communist Youth League Branch of Huatai Yongchuang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held its second Young Employee Dialogue Session under the theme "Strengthening Convictions, Forging Youth Power". The company’s Chairman Xu Lie engaged in exchanges with 22 young employee representatives (with up to three years of service) and members of the Youth League Committee, both online and offline, fostering an efficient and amicable communication platform.
This was a dialogue concerning youth and dreams. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, the Chairman witnessed the young employees’ vibrant enthusiasm for embracing AI technology and dedicating themselves to digital transformation, and heard many brilliant innovative ideas. The young employees also took this opportunity to broaden their horizons, gain a deeper understanding of the company’s strategic blueprint, resolve their uncertainties through discussion, identify their direction, and gather the strength to move forward.
The 22 young employee representatives, drawing on their personal experiences, reported on their work status, training progress, and career plans in their respective departments or divisions. Each presentation was concise and practical, showcasing their positive spirit and professionalism.
Subsequently, the meeting provided a special report on the progress made in addressing the issues raised at the first Young Employee Dialogue Session. The opinions and suggestions collected at the first Dialogue Session were assigned to relevant departments and divisions for implementation. Over the past year, recommendations covering various areas, including skills training, workflow optimization, and living support, were largely implemented, while phased objectives were established for a few items requiring long-term implementation. The report included both explanations regarding the completion of specific matters and objective justifications for those temporarily constrained and unresolved, ensuring that every issue received a response and was dealt with and allowing young employees to genuinely feel that their voices were heard and taken seriously.
The interactive session was divided into two parts. The first part focused on practical issues. Prior to the meeting, the Youth League organization had extensively collected urgent work-related problems faced by young employees. These issues were presented during the meeting, with the Chairman reviewing each one and providing targeted guidance to address the concerns of the young employees. The second part was uniquely designed. Before the meeting, participants were asked to submit “the one question they most wanted to ask the Chairman.” The Chairman answered each question individually, with this Q&A session bridging the gap between management and the young employees, and creating a warm and sincere atmosphere.
Following the Q&A session, Chairman Xu Lie delivered a speech. Building on the company’s vision, he expressed his personal commitment to contributing to both the company and the coking industry. He made it clear that amid the digital wave of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution,” the company must take the lead to seize development opportunities, and achieve a competitive edge through digital transformation. With respect to the relatively low proportion of young employees at the company, Chairman Xu encouraged young staff to seize opportunities and courageously take on responsibilities. He urged them to cultivate a spirit of getting to the root of matters in their work, continuously enhance their professional competence and broaden their horizons, set long-term goals, adopt a positive attitude toward learning, and strive to grow rapidly and stand out amidst the wave of change.
This dialogue session was a heartwarming exchange of mutual commitment. From listening to feedback and addressing questions to implementing solutions, the company has established a complete closed-loop process, ensuring that every request receives a response and every concern is met with guidance. Young people and the company are like saplings and fertile soil. The company is fully committed to building a platform where talent can flourish, while young people strive to repay the company with vitality through their wisdom and passion. In the future, the company will continue to hold such dialogue every two years, honoring this commitment and accompanying every young person as they grow stronger together with the company and write an even more splendid chapter of their youth.
