To promote communication and interaction among employees, foster a sense of teamwork, and enhance collaborative skills, Beijing headquarters organized the 2021 mid-year team-building event at Yudu Mountain in Yanqing District, Beijing, from October 15 to 17, 2021.

Yudu Mountain, nestled deep in the mountains, boasts stunning scenery and a serene environment. It is a little-known, unspoiled gem in the Beijing area and a place where nature has preserved its most pristine green legacy.

On the morning of October 16, through team-building activities such as grouping, naming teams and creating team chants, employees quickly established strong communication and fostered a cohesive team atmosphere. During the “60-Second Challenge,” team members, led by their captains, divided tasks, collaborated, and pooled their ideas to overcome one challenge after another. A strong sense of teamwork and pride in the organization was deeply ingrained in every employee’s heart.

On the afternoon of October 16, the teams took part in the challenge activity “Delivering the Message to Garcia”. Under the leadership of their respective captains, the team members braved the hardships and pressed forward, overcoming challenges such as “Building a Radio Tower,” “Overcoming Obstacles,” “Deciphering Codes,” and “Accomplishing Missions.” In the end, they successfully delivered the message to “General Garcia”.
