On September 3, 2021, witnessed by leaders from Shanxi Jinye Coking Co., Ltd., Huatai’s project team, and the construction company, the installation of the lower support frame for the air distribution system marked the full-scale commencement of installation work for the CDQ project.

Shanxi Jinye Coking Co., Ltd. is constructing a new 6.8m stamp-charging coke oven. To recover the sensible heat from red coke, reduce energy consumption, minimize pollution, and improve coke quality, a new 270 t/h CDQ unit will be built to complement the coke oven. This unit, with a processing capacity of 270 t/h, is the world’s largest of its kind and holds significant strategic importance for Huatai in maintaining and expanding its market share in the coke dry quenching sector. At the same time, this project fully demonstrates the client’s deep trust in Huatai and proves the advanced nature and reliability of Huatai’s technology.
